هو برنامج يستهدف الباحثين عن فرصة عمل عن طريق توفير وسيلة نقل خفيفة ( موتوسيكل ـ تروسيكل ـ سكوتر ) للعمل بها مباشرة في مجالات متعددة كنقل البضائع والركاب وغيرها .
لدى البرنامج نظام بدفعة أولى لمن يرغب في تقليل القسط الشهري ونظام آخر بدون دفعة أولى لكي يستطيع الشباب الباحثين عن العمل من امتلاك وسيلة نقل خفيفة دون أعباء مقدمه وذلك للمساهمه في توفير فرص عمل .

الشروط الواجب توافرها في العميل لبرنامج وسائل النقل الخفيف
• أن يكون مصري الجنسية و مقيم داخل نطاق المحافظة التي يقيم فيها العميل طالب التمويل و يعمل فيها.
• يتراوح السن من 21 سنة إلى ٦٠ سنة عند منح التمويل.
• أن يتمتع بسمعة جيدة من خلال الإستعلام الإئتماني و الميداني المعد عنهم لكل من محل السكن و جهة العمل أو مقر مزاولة النشاط.
• أن يكون لديه بطاقة رقم قوم سارية.
• ألا يكون عميل أو ضامن حالي في الشركة.
