She is a simple woman who works to earn a halal livelihood. She did not give in to the difficult reality that she is living in after her husband separated from her, but rather she worked hard and learned the sewing profession and became skilled in it as well. She was introduced to Bab Rizq Jameel’s business nearly four years ago and gradually began to get the necessary support for her simple activity. The last loan she got was the amount of 4000 pounds, through which she was able to buy a sophisticated sewing machine and donate the old one to her neighbor to have a livelihood as well.
She doesn’t mind “Kamouna” – which is the name she likes to call it – she doesn’t mind training someone who wants to learn this craft.
When asked about her ambitions, she stated that she was satisfied with what she was in and thanked God for what she had achieved. After insisting, she said that she wished to get another “more” machine to help her greatly in completing some models of furniture.
